Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension and pain if possible in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles therefore it may be slightly uncomfortable during treatment. Deep tissue massage is recommended for the individual who experiences consistent pain, is involved in constant physical activity (e.g. athletes), and clients who have sustained physical injury.
